Hong Kong-listed LX Technology Group Limited executed an on-market share repurchase on 5 October 2026, buying back 240,000 ordinary shares for holding as treasury stock. The purchase was made at prices ranging from HKD16.12 to HKD17.38 per share, representing a volume-weighted average cost of HKD16.79 and an aggregate consideration of approximately HKD4.03 million.
Following the transaction, LX Technology’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) stood at 342.98 million shares, down 0.07% from 343.22 million shares on 2 October. Treasury shares increased to 10.28 million, maintaining the company’s total issued share count at 353.26 million.
The buyback was conducted under the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 35.06 million shares. To date, LX Technology has repurchased 7.60 million shares under this authority, equivalent to 2.17% of the issued share base at the time the mandate was granted.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 4 November 2026.
