HeartCare-B (06609) Climbs Nearly 9% in Late Trading as A-Share IPO Progress Advances, Poised to Boost Stock Liquidity

Hong Kong stock market movement: HeartCare-B (06609) rose nearly 9% in late trading. As of press time, the stock was up 8.36% at HK$61.6, with a turnover of HK$11.4164 million.

On the news front, HeartCare-B plans to submit an application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange in the second half of 2026 for an initial public offering of A-shares and listing on the STAR Market, with an intended fundraising scale of approximately RMB 500 million. The proceeds will be mainly used for brain science medical device construction projects, vascular interventional medical device research and production projects, as well as research and registration projects.

China Securities Co., Ltd. stated that the company is steadily advancing its A-share IPO process. In the future, it is expected to further enhance capital market liquidity through the A-share IPO listing, and will leverage the power of the capital market to further accelerate the company's global commercialization layout through both organic and external growth methods. At the same time, the company will continue to advance stock buybacks, cash dividends, and other initiatives in accordance with its operating conditions and regulatory requirements.
