XINYI GLASS: Yin Yee Lee Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 25.5%

On September 30, 2026, Mr. LEE Yin Yee and his controlled corporation elected to receive scrip shares in lieu of cash interim dividend for the six months ended June 30, 2026, from XINYI GLASS at a reference price of HK$8.57 per share, resulting in an acquisition of 19.52 million shares. This was not a direct on-market dealing in the secondary market.
Prior to the acquisition, Mr. LEE Yin Yee's long position in XINYI GLASS was 1.12 billion shares, representing 25.25%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 1.14 billion shares, with the long position ratio rising to 25.5%.
