3D Medicines Inc. (the “Company”) has announced a change to its principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands, effective 30 September 2026. The new service provider is Ascentium (Cayman) Limited, located at 4th Floor, Harbour Place, 103 South Church Street, PO Box 10240, Grand Cayman, KY1-1002, Cayman Islands.

Tricor Investor Services Limited will continue to serve as the Company’s branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong, operating from 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Share transfer applications in Hong Kong should therefore still be lodged with Tricor at the above address.

The announcement was authorized by the Company’s Board of Directors, chaired by Dr. Gong Zhaolong. The Board currently comprises one executive Director, three non-executive Directors and three independent non-executive Directors.
