Renze Harvest International Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.hk1282.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulties with the electronic version—or preferring hard copies—may obtain printed sets free of charge by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be submitted via email to 1282-ecom@vistra.com.

Under current arrangements, Renze Harvest will notify non-registered shareholders of future online corporate communications only if their email or postal details are provided by their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Shareholders are therefore encouraged to supply valid email addresses to these intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of publication notices.

The communication, issued by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Cao Yongsheng on 26 September 2026, reiterates that all printed materials requested will be dispatched without charge. The standing instruction will remain effective for future corporate communications until 31 December 2026 unless shareholders advise the registrar otherwise.
