Hong Kong-listed mobile advertising technology group Mobvista Inc. reported the repurchase of 370,000 ordinary shares on 7 October 2026, equivalent to 0.02% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) as of the previous day. The on-market purchases were executed at prices between HKD 12.20 and HKD 12.55 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 4.61 million, implying a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 12.46 per share.

Following the transaction, Mobvista’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) declined to 1.70 billion, while treasury shares increased to 9.70 million. The total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.71 billion shares, as the repurchased shares are being retained in treasury rather than cancelled.

The buybacks form part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 12 June 2026, which permits repurchases of up to 162.16 million shares. Cumulative purchases now stand at 9.70 million shares, representing 0.60% of the company’s issued shares outstanding on the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Mobvista is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 6 November 2026.
