Moiselle International Holdings Limited (MOISELLE INT’L) announced on 22 July 2026 that its 2025-2026 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and proxy form, together with the latest Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, are now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s investor-relations site (https://ir.moiselle.com.hk).

In line with the HKEX paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, the board confirmed it has formally adopted electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications. Shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the mailed reply form or by submitting the form directly to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Key implementation points: • All future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms—will be provided online only, unless a shareholder specifically requests hard copies. • Shareholders who do not register an email address will not receive electronic notifications and must actively visit the company and HKEX websites to access new documents; however, “actionable” communications (those requiring shareholder instructions) will still be dispatched in print. • A request for printed copies can be made by email to moiselleinternational.ecom@computershare.com.hk or by written notice to Computershare (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong). Such requests remain valid for one year from receipt.

The board, chaired by Mr. Chan Yum Kit, emphasised that printed copies of the newly released Annual Report, AGM documentation and ESG Report will be supplied free of charge upon request.
