YSB Inc. (Cayman-incorporated) reported no changes to its authorised, issued or treasury shares for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing.
Authorised share capital remained at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a total par value of USD 50,000, unchanged from August. Issued shares stood at 692.49 million, and the company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement.
Option activity was minimal. Under the 2019 Share Incentive Plan, 1,250 options lapsed, leaving 14.08 million options outstanding. No options were exercised, and no funds were raised during the month.
Under the 2023 Share Incentive Plan, 6.07 million restricted share units (RSUs) could be settled by issuing new shares, while the scheme’s remaining mandate allows for up to 46.00 million additional shares to be issued or transferred.
YSB recorded no share issuances, cancellations or treasury share movements in September. Previously repurchased shares—1.80 million (May 2025) and 3.49 million (May 2026)—remain pending cancellation, but they did not affect the September totals.
With capital structure unchanged and compliance affirmed, YSB closed September maintaining both liquidity and regulatory thresholds on the Hong Kong market.
