BetterLife Holding Maintains Stable Share Structure and Confirms Public Float Compliance for September 2026

BetterLife Holding Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period ended 30 September 2026, showing no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 622.50 million ordinary shares, and the issuer continued to hold no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares also stood stable at 622.50 million.

BetterLife confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 percent public-float requirement as of 30 September 2026.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 17 June 2021, 2.00 million share options were outstanding at both the beginning and end of the month, indicating no exercises or cancellations. No new shares were issued, no treasury shares were transferred, and no funds were raised via option exercises. The scheme still permits the potential issuance of up to 50.20 million shares upon future option grants.

No movements were recorded for warrants, convertible securities, or other share issuance arrangements during the reporting period.

The filing was authorised by Director Sun Jing and submitted on 6 October 2026.
