China New Higher Education Group Limited (New Higher Edu) has filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.
The group’s authorised share capital stayed at USD 200,000, representing 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each.
Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.97 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares held or cancelled. Consequently, total issued shares remained at 1,971.94 million.
Management affirmed that the company continues to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, indicating adequate market liquidity for the stock.
Under the 23 July 2020 share option scheme, no options were outstanding, granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed in September. While no new shares were issued through option exercises, the scheme still allows for the future issuance of up to 107.24 million shares.
The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments outstanding, and there were no share repurchases, redemptions, or other equity movements. Total funds raised from equity activities during the month were HKD 0.
