SHEIN-W: XYT Holdings Limited Receives Back Lent Shares, Long Position Rises to 18.69%

On September 30, 2026, XYT Holdings Limited received back Class B ordinary shares of SHEIN-W that had been previously lent out, resulting in an increase in its long position. The transaction was a return of lent shares under a securities lending agreement, not a direct on-market dealing.

Prior to the return, XYT Holdings Limited's long position in SHEIN-W was 487.09 million shares, representing 17.21%; following the return, the holding changed to 529.09 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 18.69%.
