Hong Kong–listed Zhengwei Group Holdings Company Limited recorded a doubling of its authorised share capital during September 2026. The authorised pool of ordinary shares expanded from 400.00 million to 800.00 million, each with a par value of USD 0.20. Consequently, total authorised share capital rose from USD 80.00 million to USD 160.00 million. The change was cleared by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting convened on 7 September 2026.
Despite the enlarged authorisation, the company did not issue new shares in the period. Issued share capital remained at 67.20 million ordinary shares, and the firm continued to hold zero treasury shares. As at 30 September 2026, Zhengwei Group confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%.
No movements were reported for share-option plans, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked agreements, and there were no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts outstanding. The return, submitted on 5 October 2026, was signed by Company Secretary Chan Ngai Fan, affirming compliance with all relevant regulatory and listing obligations.
