Since receiving shareholder approval for its current buy-back mandate on 21 May 2026, YSB Inc. has acquired an aggregate 3.76 million shares—equivalent to 0.55% of the total shares in issue on the mandate date—out of an authorised limit of 68.81 million shares. None of these repurchased shares have yet been cancelled, and they continue to be carried as ‘repurchased for cancellation but not yet cancelled’.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, YSB Inc. is restricted from issuing new shares until 5 November 2026, marking 30 days from the most recent on-market buy-back. The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with the Exchange’s listing rules and relevant regulatory requirements.
