H&H International Holds Share Count Steady at 645.56 Million in September; 43,352 Options Expire

Health and Happiness (H&H) International Holdings Limited reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 5 October 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing HKD 100.00 million in total authorised capital. Issued shares were unchanged at 645.56 million, and H&H continued to hold zero treasury shares. Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

Option activity was limited. Under the 2010 Share Option Scheme, 43,352 options with an exercise price of HKD 29.25 lapsed during September, bringing total options outstanding across all schemes to 17.80 million. No options were exercised; consequently, the company issued no new shares and raised no proceeds in the period. The 2024 Share Scheme accounts for the bulk of outstanding options, with 12.57 million units exercisable at HKD 13.54.

H&H reported no warrants, convertibles, share buybacks, or other equity movements for the month.
