Congyu Intelligent Agricultural Holdings Limited (CONGYU INTE AGR) has signed a second supplemental agreement with its placing agent to further extend the long stop date for its ongoing share placement. The new deadline has moved from 28 September 2026 to 16 October 2026, allowing additional time for the agent to secure subscribers for the offer of up to 139.81 million new shares under the company’s general mandate.

Key terms of the placement remain unchanged: • Placing price: HK$0.24 per share • Discount: 5.88% to the HK$0.2550 closing price on 28 September 2026 and 7.76% to the five-day average closing price of HK$0.2602.

All other provisions of the original placing agreement—together with the first and second supplemental agreements—stay in full force. Completion of the placement continues to be conditional on the fulfilment of agreed requirements, and there is no assurance that the transaction will proceed.

The board, chaired by Lin Yuhao (who also serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer), reiterated its caution to shareholders and potential investors regarding dealings in the company’s shares pending further announcements.
