CaoCao Inc. Buys Back 36,300 Shares, Expanding Treasury Stock to 7.50 Million

CaoCao Inc. (Hong Kong-listed) disclosed that it repurchased 36,300 ordinary shares on 7 October 2026 via on-exchange transactions. The buyback was executed within a price range of HKD 12.45–12.59 per share, at a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 12.53, for total consideration of HKD 0.45 million.

Following the transaction: • Outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) declined marginally to 578.94 million, a reduction of 0.0063%. • Treasury shares increased to 7.50 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 586.43 million, as the repurchased shares were retained in treasury rather than cancelled.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 8 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 58.30 million shares. Including the latest transaction, CaoCao has repurchased 6.83 million shares under this mandate, representing 1.17% of the shares outstanding on the authorisation date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, CaoCao is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring any treasury shares until 6 November 2026 (30 days after the most recent buyback).
