Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp. (abbreviated as Tingyi) reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 October 2026.

Authorised/Registered Capital • Authorised share capital stayed at 7.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.005 each, equal to USD 35.00 million. No increase or decrease was recorded during the month.

Issued Shares and Public Float • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) remained unchanged at 5.64 billion. • The company held no treasury shares, leaving the total issued share count at 5.64 billion. • Tingyi confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.
