Kaisa Prosperity Holdings Limited reported that it issued 13.72 million new ordinary shares in September 2026, lifting its total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) to 167.83 million shares as of 30 September 2026.
The enlarged share base stems entirely from the company’s 2026 Share Scheme, approved on 18 June 2026, under which 15.41 million share awards were granted on 25 August 2026. Following the September allotment, a further 1.70 million shares remain available for future issuance under this scheme.
Authorised share capital was unchanged at 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing authorised capital of HKD 5.00 million. No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the month.
Kaisa Prosperity’s employee Share Option Scheme, approved in June 2019, had 4.89 million options outstanding at an exercise price of HKD 15.70, but none were exercised in September and no new shares were issued via this route.
The company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 30 September 2026. The statutory return was filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 October 2026 and signed by Director Liao Chuanqiang.
