China Ecotourism: Winding-Up Petition Hearing Pushed Back to 7 September 2026

China Ecotourism Group Limited confirmed that, pursuant to a joint application by way of consent summons, the High Court ordered on 29 May 2026 that the winding-up petition hearing be adjourned for three months to 7 September 2026 at 9:30 a.m.

The latest delay extends a series of adjournments first disclosed on 11 March 2025 and subsequently updated on 14 May, 30 May, 23 July, 25 July, 29 August, 22 September, 26 September, 15 October, 28 November 2025 and 27 February 2026.

Management indicated that further announcements will be issued as required under the Listing Rules, and advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises two executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, with Ms. Zhu Xinxin serving as Director and Chief Executive Officer.
