SIM Tech Maintains Stable Share Capital Structure in September 2026 Filing

SIM Technology Group Limited (SIM Tech) submitted its monthly return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that the company’s share capital structure remained unchanged throughout the month.

The authorised share capital stayed at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 300.00 million.

SIM Tech affirmed compliance with the minimum 25 percent public-float requirement stipulated by the HKEX Main Board Listing Rules.
