Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. disclosed a repurchase of 54,500 H shares on 24 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying between HKD 20.74 and HKD 21.30 per share. The outlay amounted to HKD 1.15 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) declined to 322.44 million, representing a 0.0165% reduction from the previous day. Treasury shares increased to 13.91 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 336.35 million because the repurchased shares have been retained in treasury.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 13 May 2026, which authorises Zylox-Tonbridge to repurchase up to 32.72 million shares. Including the latest tranche, 5.02 million shares—1.50% of issued shares at the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.

In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales, extending through 24 October 2026. Management confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements.
