RoboSense Executes HK$14.90 Million Buyback in September; Issued Shares Dip by 0.93 Million While Public Float Remains Adequate

RoboSense Technology Co., Ltd. reported that its authorised share capital stayed unchanged at 800.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to USD 80,000, for the month ended 30 September 2026.

Issued-share movements were dominated by treasury repurchases. The company bought back 931,500 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange across four market transactions (15, 16, 17 and 24 September) at prices ranging between HK$15.91 and HK$16.15, deploying approximately HK$14.90 million in total. Consequently, shares held in treasury rose to 13.77 million, while outstanding issued shares fell to 470.70 million. Total issued shares, including treasury stock, were unchanged at 484.47 million.

RoboSense confirmed that it continues to meet the Main Board’s 25% public-float requirement as of 30 September 2026.

Share-based incentives remained largely stable. The Post-IPO Share Incentive Scheme recorded a net cancellation of 30,000 options, leaving 8.84 million options outstanding. Potential dilution from unexercised options, restricted shares and restricted share units stands at 5.66 million shares, with a further 5.14 million shares available for future RSU issuance following a grant of 1.62 million RSUs on 16 September 2026.

No new shares were issued during the month, and there were no movements related to warrants, convertible securities or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.
