Ever Reach Group Announces Leadership Transition: New Company Secretary and Authorised Representative Named

Ever Reach Group (Holdings) Company Limited disclosed that Mr. Leung Kam Fai Anthony has resigned as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and Process Agent pursuant to Rule 19.05(2) and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, effective 11 September 2026. The departure is attributed to other work arrangements; Mr. Leung confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Effective the same date, Ms. Chan Yuk Wing will assume all three positions. A Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional, Ms. Chan is currently a director of a Registry-regulated corporate services firm in Hong Kong. Her background includes extensive experience in corporate and compliance services for Hong Kong-listed companies, with expertise in the Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance and offshore compliance. She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance (2021) from Hong Kong Metropolitan University and meets the professional qualifications stipulated in Listing Rule 3.28.

The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Leung for his contributions and welcomed Ms. Chan to her new roles. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises four executive directors—Li Xiaobing, Wang Zhenfeng, Li Man and Wang Quan—and three independent non-executive directors—Lee Kwok Lun, Wei Jian and Fang Cheng.
