Beijing Jingkelong (00814) has announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, revealing a net loss attributable to shareholders of RMB150 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 37.23% in losses. The company recorded operating revenue of RMB3.867 billion, a decrease of 11.91% compared to the same period last year, while the basic loss per share stood at RMB0.36.
According to the company's announcement, the retail business' main operating revenue declined by approximately 14.8% during the reporting period. This decrease is primarily attributed to two factors: firstly, stores faced dual challenges from changing consumption trends and intensifying market competition, leading to a decline in same-store sales performance; and secondly, strategic operational adjustments resulted in the closure of certain stores, which consequently reduced sales compared to the previous corresponding period.
