BIODLINK-B Reports No Change in Share Capital for September 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

BioDlink International Company Limited (BIODLINK-B) has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming stability in its share capital structure and ongoing compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

The company closed September with 772.79 million ordinary shares in issue and zero treasury shares—unchanged from the prior month. No new shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled during the period, leaving total issued share capital intact.

Management affirmed that the free-float comfortably meets the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold, ensuring uninterrupted compliance with Listing Rule 13.32D(1).

Share-based incentives also remained static. The Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme, adopted on 20 February 2013, showed 20,000 outstanding options at an exercise price of USD 0.286 (approximately HKD 2.2335) per share. No grants, exercises, cancellations, or lapses occurred in September, leaving the potential dilution from outstanding options effectively negligible at about 0.00% of shares in issue. No warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments are outstanding.

The return, submitted on 5 October 2026 and signed by Joint Company Secretary Christopher Lui Wing-Yat, confirms that all statutory and regulatory obligations related to the company’s securities have been duly observed.
