Butong Group Maintains Stable Share Capital in September 2026; Option Activity Generates HKD 0.09 Million Without Issuing New Shares

Butong Group (HKEX: 06090) submitted its monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remains at 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001, representing total authorised capital of USD 50,000.

Issued shares also held steady at 90.75 million, comprising 88.75 million outstanding shares and 1.99 million treasury shares. No shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during September.

Public‐float requirements continue to be satisfied. The group reconfirmed compliance with the minimum float threshold of 23.2 % prescribed at the time of listing.

Activity under the Share Incentive Plan reduced outstanding options to 5.15 million from 5.26 million. Movements included 26,102 cancellations and 85,774 options classified under “others,” reflecting options exercised that had been allotted earlier to WEILING HOLDING INC. As a result, 624,641 shares remain available for future issuance or transfer upon option exercise. The company received HKD 0.09 million in proceeds from these exercises, yet neither new shares were issued nor treasury shares transferred during the month.

With no alterations to its share count or capital base, Butong Group’s equity structure remains unchanged heading into October 2026.
