AInnovation Technology Group Co., Ltd. (AInnovation) has disclosed that it repurchased 1.48 million shares on the open market in September 2026, deploying HK$4.92 million under the general share-repurchase mandate approved at the 15 May 2026 annual general meeting. The mandate allows cumulative buybacks of up to HK$100 million.

The board reiterated that all repurchases are conducted in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Codes on Takeovers and Share Buy-backs, the PRC Company Law and the company’s Articles of Association. Existing financial resources are deemed sufficient to sustain the programme without compromising AInnovation’s balance-sheet health.

Management believes the ongoing repurchase initiative underscores its confidence in the group’s business outlook and long-term value creation for shareholders. Future transactions will remain subject to market conditions and board discretion, and the company cautions investors that the timing, volume and pricing of additional repurchases cannot be guaranteed.
