Hong Kong-listed DPC Dash Ltd (DPC Dash) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for September 2026, detailing modest equity movements tied exclusively to employee incentives while maintaining a stable capital structure.

DPC Dash kept its authorised share capital unchanged at USD 500.00 million, representing 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD 1.00 each.

Issued share capital edged up by 20,044 shares during the month, lifting the total number of outstanding ordinary shares to 131.64 million as of 30 September 2026. The increase was generated entirely by share awards under the 2022 First Share Incentive Plan adopted on 29 November 2022. No treasury shares were held or transferred during the period.

Share-based incentive pools remain significant. At month-end, 4.80 million options were outstanding under the 2022 Pre-IPO Plan, while 8.58 million options were outstanding under the 2022 First Share Incentive Plan. In addition, up to 1.71 million ordinary shares may still be issued under the company’s 2022 Share Awards scheme. No options were exercised, cancelled, or lapsed in September, and no funds were raised from option exercises.

DPC Dash confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public float requirement as at 30 September 2026.

The filing, submitted on 6 October 2026, indicates that all September share issuances were duly authorised by the board and executed in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules and relevant regulations.
