These pending cancellations represent approximately 0.12 % of the company’s 11.67 billion issued shares.\n\nThe purchases form part of the share-repurchase mandate approved on 25 August 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 1.17 billion shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 76.69 million shares—6.54 % of the authorised limit and about 0.65 % of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date.\n\nFollowing the transactions, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 11.67 billion shares until the repurchased shares are formally cancelled.
