Edding Genor Repurchases 327,000 Shares, Slightly Trims Free Float

Edding Genor Group Holdings Limited reported a new on-market share buyback that modestly reduced its issued share base and increased treasury holdings.

On 28 September 2026, the company repurchased 327,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a single price of HKD 1.68 per share. The transaction amounted to HKD 0.55 million and the acquired shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the purchase: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined 0.017% to 1.97 billion. • Treasury shares rose to 39.18 million from 38.86 million. • Total issued shares (including treasury stock) remain unchanged at 2.01 billion.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 26 June 2026 authorizing the repurchase of up to 199.07 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 15.89 million shares, equivalent to 0.80% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 28 October 2026.
