Hong Kong, 6 October 2026—CaoCao INC completed an on-market repurchase of 36,500 ordinary shares, moving the stock into treasury at prices ranging between HK$12.37 and HK$12.46 per share. The transaction cost HK$0.45 million in aggregate and represents 0.0063 % of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the buyback.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 578.98 million, while treasury shares rose to 7.46 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 586.43 million because the repurchased stock has been retained in treasury rather than cancelled.

The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 8 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 58.30 million shares. To date, CaoCao INC has repurchased 6.80 million shares under this mandate—1.17 % of the issued share base on the authorisation date—leaving capacity of approximately 51.50 million shares.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares for 30 days after the repurchase, setting the moratorium period through 5 November 2026.

All repurchase procedures complied with the Main Board Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to the filing signed by Joint Company Secretary Junxian Liu.
