Zbom Home Collection Co.,Ltd. (603801.SH) has announced that it plans to use its own funds and self-raised funds of 200 million yuan (or equivalent in foreign currency) to increase capital in its wholly-owned subsidiary Singapore Zbom, which will in turn inject no more than 200 million yuan into its wholly-owned grandchild company Thailand Dezhi for the purpose of investing in and building a new smart manufacturing base project in Thailand.

The project will independently construct a flexible production line for custom home products, specifically adapted to overseas product specifications and local building layout standards, freeing up independent overseas production capacity, supporting the large-scale expansion of its own brand ZBOM in overseas markets, and completing the upgrade from product export to localized brand operations.

By investing in and building this project in Thailand, the company can further enhance its overseas market supply capacity and service level, meet the development needs of overseas markets, improve its competitiveness and service capabilities in overseas markets, and strengthen its competitive position in the global custom home market.
