Congyu Intelligent Agricultural Holdings Limited released an updated breakdown of its board structure on 14 April 2026. The Board now comprises five directors: two executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.

Committee assignments were also confirmed. • Audit Committee: chaired by Ms. Li Yang with members Ms. Zhu Rouxiang and Mr. Fu Yan Ming. • Remuneration Committee: chaired by Ms. Zhu Rouxiang with members Ms. Li Yang and Mr. Fu Yan Ming. • Nomination Committee: chaired by Mr. Lin Yuhao with members Ms. Zhu Rouxiang, Ms. Li Yang and Mr. Fu Yan Ming. • Corporate Governance Committee: chaired by Ms. Li Yang with members Ms. Zhu Rouxiang and Mr. Fu Yan Ming.

The announcement does not indicate any changes to the company’s strategic direction but formalizes current oversight responsibilities within the Board’s four committees.
