A total of 22 projects with a combined capacity of 520,000 kilowatts have been included in Shaanxi Province's 2026 construction scale for distributed wind power and small ground-mounted photovoltaic projects.

Among them are 4 distributed wind power projects with a combined installed capacity of 188,000 kilowatts.

These are: the 45MW distributed wind power project of Liquan Conch Cement Co., Ltd., the 45MW distributed wind power project of Datang Binchang Power Generation Co., Ltd., the 49MW distributed wind power project of Shangruo Taiji Group (Hancheng) Galvanized Strip Steel Co., Ltd., and the 49,000-kilowatt distributed wind power project of Datang Pucheng.
