Modern Dental Group Limited reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised Share Capital • The company’s authorised share capital remained at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each, equivalent to USD 30.00 million.

Issued Shares and Public Float • Issued shares stood unchanged at 934.21 million, with no treasury shares held or cancelled during the period. • Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares.

Share-Based Incentive Schemes • Under the 2015 Share Option Scheme, 23.25 million options were outstanding at month-end; no options were exercised and no new shares were issued. • A second scheme approved on 28 May 2026 currently has no outstanding options, though it allows for the future issuance of up to 93.49 million shares. • No proceeds were raised from option exercises in September.

Other Securities Activity • The company reported no warrants, convertibles, share repurchases, or other equity-related transactions during the month.

The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Kwan Ngai Kit and submitted on 02 October 2026.
