Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. (Pan Asia Data) announced on 18 September 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on the company’s website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/pad/) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board is encouraging shareholders—particularly non-registered holders whose shares are maintained through CCASS—to access the digital report (“Website Version”). Shareholders who encounter difficulties viewing the electronic files, or who prefer physical documentation, may request printed copies free of charge.

To obtain hard-copy materials, investors should complete and sign the accompanying Request Form and return it to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided or via email to 1561-ecom@vistra.com. Upon receipt of the request, the registrar will dispatch the printed Interim Report promptly.

Non-registered holders opting for electronic communication are advised to provide a valid email address to their designated intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to ensure timely receipt of future publication notices. Until a functional email is supplied, notices will continue to be delivered in printed form.
