China Aoyuan offloads Kwai Chung property to Ocean One subsidiary for HK$150.00 million

China Aoyuan Group Limited has been notified by the court-appointed receivers that its mortgaged asset—Kwai Chung Town Lot No. 46 and the 12-storey building erected on it—has been sold to an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Ocean One Holding Ltd. for HK$150.00 million.

Under a provisional agreement signed on 29 September 2026, the receivers, acting as joint and several managers of the property, will complete the transaction on or before 26 February 2027, subject to Ocean One’s compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

All net proceeds are earmarked for partial repayment of the outstanding mortgage loans secured by Hang Seng Bank Limited. China Aoyuan stated it will release further announcements in accordance with regulatory requirements and advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.
