Chinese Estates Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online and Fully Implements Electronic Corporate Communications

Chinese Estates Holdings Limited confirmed that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company website (https://www.chineseestates.com) and HKEXnews (https://www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies can be requested free of charge through the company’s Hong Kong branch registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In line with Rule 2.07 of the HKEX Listing Rules and the paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, the company has formally moved to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. As a result, shareholders will receive documents such as annual reports, interim reports, notices of meeting and circulars exclusively via the company and HKEXnews websites unless they specifically request hard copies.

Non-registered shareholders who prefer email alerts must provide their email addresses to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Those who do not submit a functional email address will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for future publications.

Shareholders wishing to continue receiving printed materials may submit a reply form or email request to chineseestates@computershare.com.hk.
