FAR International Holdings Group Company Limited (FAR INTL) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 September 2026, revealing no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at HKD 20.00 million, comprising 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each. Issued share capital also held steady at 936.00 million ordinary shares, and the group continues to hold zero treasury shares.

FAR INTL confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent, indicating sufficient free-float liquidity in the market.

The filing shows no movements in share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other arrangements to issue shares, nor any transactions involving Hong Kong Depositary Receipts. All regulatory confirmations regarding authorisation, compliance with listing rules, and documentation were signed off by Chairman and Executive Director Wang Quan on 6 October 2026.
