Recognition Order Granted for Share Transfers of China Ecotourism

China Ecotourism (01371) has announced that the company applied to the Hong Kong Court of High Instance for a recognition order concerning the transfer of its shares in relation to the petition. This application was approved by the Hong Kong Court of High Instance on May 15, 2026.
Following the grant of the recognition order to the company, despite the petition having been filed, all transfers of the company's issued and fully paid shares from the date of the petition submission will not be invalidated under Section 182 of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance.
