Sanergy Group Limited (Sanergy) filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 7 October 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in its authorised or issued share capital during September 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remains at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01, equivalent to USD 50.00 million.

Issued share capital is unchanged at 193.80 million ordinary shares, and the firm continues to hold zero treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares stand at 193.80 million.

Sanergy confirmed compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D, maintaining a public float above the 25% threshold required for its ordinary shares.

Under the 19 December 2022 Share Option Scheme, 10.00 million options were outstanding at month-end, identical to the previous month. No options were exercised, and no new shares were issued against these options in September.
