Digital Core REIT (DCRU) said it has distributed an electronic circular dated Oct, 07 2026 to unitholders ahead of an extraordinary general meeting set for Oct, 22 2026.
The circular outlines a proposed divestment of a 90.0% interest in two data centres located in Los Angeles and Toronto, plus a 39.0% stake in a Northern Virginia facility, alongside the purchase of a 25.0% stake in a data centre in Japan and a 2.5% stake in a Singapore data centre.
Hard-copy versions of the notice of meeting and proxy form have been mailed to investors, while the full circular is available on the trust’s website and the Singapore Exchange’s disclosure portal.
Independent adviser Deloitte Singapore SR&T Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. has opined that the transaction is on normal commercial terms and not detrimental to minority unitholders. The independent directors and the audit and risk committee concur with the adviser’s assessment.
