On October 2, 2026, the issued share capital of TIMES CHINA changed following the conversion of convertible bonds (MCB I and MCB II) into new shares. As a result, Chiu Hung Shum's long position ratio passively declined, while the holding count of 1.24 billion shares remained unchanged.
Prior to the dilution, Chiu Hung Shum's long position in TIMES CHINA was 1.24 billion shares, representing 41.49%; following the new share issuance, the holding count remained unchanged at 1.24 billion shares, with the long position ratio falling to 41.43%.
