ANTENGENE-B Repurchases 112,000 Shares; Outstanding Share Count Falls to 686.62 Million

Antengene Corporation Limited (ANTENGENE-B) reported a share buyback on 6 October 2026, acquiring 112,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its existing repurchase mandate approved on 10 June 2026. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 3.395 to HKD 3.54, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.4643 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HKD 0.39 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.0163 % to 686.62 million shares. The repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock, lifting the treasury share balance from 2.81 million to 2.92 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 689.54 million.

Since receiving shareholder approval to repurchase up to 67.92 million shares, Antengene has bought back 2.72 million shares in aggregate, equivalent to 0.40 % of the issued share base on the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 5 November 2026.
