Mobvista Completes HK$4.55 Million Share Buyback, Treasury Shares Reach 9.33 Million

Mobvista Inc. disclosed that on 6 October 2026 it repurchased 369,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HK$4.55 million. The buyback was executed within a price range of HK$12.15 to HK$12.39 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average price of HK$12.3189.

The transaction represents 0.0217% of Mobvista’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) prior to the repurchase. Following the purchase, issued shares outstanding stand at 1.70 billion, while treasury shares have increased to 9.33 million.

The repurchase falls under the mandate approved by shareholders on 12 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 162.16 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 9.33 million shares, or 0.58% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Mobvista is subject to a 30-day moratorium—ending 5 November 2026—during which it may not issue new shares or sell treasury shares without prior exchange approval.
