Refined oil products to see a price adjustment window

Under the "ten working day" pricing mechanism, the current adjustment window falls at 24:00 on October 15. Based on calculations by JLC, as of the fifth working day on October 9, the average price of reference crude oil varieties stood at US$97.01 per barrel, with a change rate of -4.65%. Domestic retail prices for gasoline and diesel are expected to be cut by 270 yuan per ton.

Multiple events scheduled next week, including the Canton Fair

The 26th China International Industry Fair will open at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from October 12 to 16. On the opening day, the organizer will also hold a New Generation Intelligent Manufacturing Development Forum at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Silk Road Hall), themed "Intelligent Manufacturing Opens a New Paradigm, Jointly Building a New Industrial Ecosystem." The 2026 10th International Industrial Internet Conference and the Space Computing Industry Technology Application Ecosystem Forum will also be held concurrently. From October 14 to 16, the 2026 Artificial Intelligence Industry Conference will take place in Jinan, Shandong, under the theme "Accelerating the Advancement of AI-Empowered New Industrialization." The conference will showcase AI development achievements across five major directions: independent innovation, application-driven development, ecosystem collaboration, open and win-win cooperation, and security and controllability. The 140th Canton Fair will be held in Guangzhou in three phases from October 15 to November 4. This edition debuts 22 smart application scenarios and 16 AI-powered featured applications, becoming the first in China to achieve booth-level navigation across the entire venue and AR information display at booths, comprehensively enhancing the exhibition experience. In addition, the 25th China International Alcoholic Drinks Expo will be held at the Wuhan International Expo Center from October 16 to 18, themed "World Famous Liquors Share the Glory." From October 13 to 14, the Dalian Commodity Exchange's 19th International Oils and Oilseeds Conference and Agricultural and Livestock Industry (Derivatives) Conference will be held in Dalian.

Restricted shares worth 42.61 billion yuan to be unlocked next week, with Shaanxi Energy leading at 23.856 billion yuan

Wind data shows that a total of 37 companies will have restricted shares gradually unlocked next week (October 12 to October 16), with a combined market value of 42.61 billion yuan based on the closing price on October 9. In terms of unlock value, October 12 will be the peak period, with 17 companies unlocking a total market value exceeding 32 billion yuan. Based on the October 9 closing price, the top three by unlock value are: Shaanxi Energy (23.856 billion yuan), Shouyao Holdings-U (3.008 billion yuan), and Dapu Micro-UW (2.673 billion yuan). By number of shares unlocked, the top three are: Shaanxi Energy (2.4 billion shares), Jinke Shares (1.8 billion shares), and Changjiang Energy Technology (146 million shares).

New stock opportunity

One new stock will be issued next week. Wind data shows that one new stock will be offered. Wenfeng Optoelectronics has officially launched its public offering procedure on the Beijing Stock Exchange, with an issue price set at 11.45 yuan per share and the online subscription date set for October 12.
