Tonking New Energy Maintains Unchanged Share Capital and Meets Public-Float Requirement for August 2026

Tonking New Energy Group Holdings Limited submitted its monthly return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

Authorised share capital stood at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing HKD 20.00 million in total. No increase or decrease was recorded from the preceding month.

Issued share capital also remained stable at 1.227 billion ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 1.227 billion.

The issuer affirmed compliance with the GEM public-float rule, confirming that at least 25% of its issued shares were held by the public at month-end.

No movements occurred in share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were outstanding.
