Shougang Fushan Resources Grants 43.36 Million New Share Options; Issued Share Count Steady at 5.09 Billion in September 2026

Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited reported that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 5.09 billion ordinary shares as at 30 September 2026, with no treasury shares held or cancelled during the month.

A new share option scheme, approved on 29 September 2026, led to the grant of 43.36 million options at an exercise price of HK$2.736 per share. These options, equivalent to approximately 0.85% of the current issued share base, were the only equity instruments granted in September; no options were exercised and no new shares were issued during the period.

The company disclosed that a further 5.11 million shares (about 0.10% of existing share capital) remain available for future grants under the scheme. No warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, and there were no purchases, cancellations, or transfers of treasury shares.

Shougang Fushan Resources confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25%, stating that the public float was adequate at month-end. The monthly return was filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 October 2026 by Company Secretary Ms Wong Mei Shan.
