BJ DIGITAL Keeps Share Base Unchanged at RMB 886.46 Million and Confirms Adequate Public Float for September 2026

Beijing Digital Telecom Co., Ltd. (“BJ DIGITAL”) has released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer and Hong Kong Depositary Receipts for the month ended 30 September 2026, affirming a stable capital structure and ongoing compliance with Hong Kong public-float rules.

The company reported no movements in either its authorised or issued share capital during the month. Registered capital remained at RMB 886.46 million, split between 548.76 million H-shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and 337.70 million domestic shares. Par value for each share class is RMB 1.

Issued shares were likewise unchanged, with 548.76 million H-shares and 337.70 million domestic shares outstanding. BJ DIGITAL held no treasury shares as at 30 September 2026.

The issuer confirmed that the free-float level of its Hong Kong-listed H-shares meets the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement, ensuring sufficient market liquidity in the counter.

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were granted, exercised, or cancelled during the reporting period. The filing further notes compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory obligations.

The monthly return was filed on 6 October 2026 and signed by Chairwoman Xu Liping, underscoring the board’s confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the disclosed information.
