Tianli International Posts Stable September 2026 Share Capital; Public Float Above 25% Threshold

Tianli International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 01773) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, representing authorised capital of HKD 1.00 billion. Issued share capital also stood unchanged: 2.09 billion shares were in issue (excluding treasury shares) and 7.50 million shares were held in treasury, keeping the total issued share count at 2.10 billion.

Tianli International confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, signalling no pressure on free-float levels.

Under the 2018 Share Option Scheme, 67.83 million options remained outstanding at month-end, with no option exercises recorded in September and no treasury shares transferred. The scheme still allows issuance or transfer of up to 67.83 million shares, while the aggregate limit for future grants stands at 128.80 million shares.

The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments outstanding, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, or redemptions during the period.
